School providers were struggling to finish the record that documents care and bills for it. I redesigned the workflow into one clear sequence: 16% fewer frustrating moments, 14% lower abandonment.

Helping people start their financial conversation

A 19-question setup stood between signing up and asking a first question. I cut it to four, used the answers to suggest where to start, and made the profile editable. 15 of 18 asked a question, up from 9 of 13.

Helping barbershops sell without managing stock

Shops sell a supplier's products under their own name, with no stock or shipping. I mapped who owns what, then designed setup, support and counter sales. 19 of 27 pilot shops published a store.
